Douglas Conley serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Action Visa since December 2015, providing vital client and compliance support, along with audit services. With a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Tampa and an honorable discharge from the USAF, where he specialized in Law Enforcement and Investigations, Douglas brings a wealth of expertise. He holds certifications as an Assistant Service Manager for Toyota and a Toyota factory-certified trainer for Trainers and operators of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT). Douglas has contributed significantly to developing OSHA-compliant PIT training programs for leading companies like Tropicana, Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, and Rooms to Go. He has also shared his insights as a guest speaker at prestigious events such as the Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference, the Safety and Health Conference in Orlando, and engagements with various industry associations.
