Registration

What are the registration deadlines, pricing tiers and what’s included in my pass?

Can I register on-site, or is pre-registration required?

Pre-registration is encouraged but registration on-site plus self check in are always available.

What is the cancellation or refund policy?

While the Texas Nursery & Landscape Association (TNLA) will attempt to avoid canceling an event or activity, there are times when this action is unavoidable. Should cancellation occur the following policies apply:

Individual registrations: If the event or activity is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded in full. TNLA is not responsible for any damages suffered by attendees as a result of any cancellations of the event. Registration fees are not transferable to another TNLA event.

Individual cancellations and changes: All cancellations must be made in writing and can be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to TNLA headquarters. Cancellations received by TNLA headquarters 30 days prior to the event will result in a refund of all fees paid. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the 30-day deadline. A $5 fee will be assessed for registrations transferred to another individual within 30 days of the same event. Registration fees are not transferable to another TNLA event.

What are your policies on Spouses, Guests and/or children?

Everyone is welcome to purchase a ticket to attend however participants under age 12, a parent or guardian must accompany participants at all times while on the show floor and agrees to accept the waiver of liability on behalf of the minor. Failure to supervise participant’s activities, by the guardian, may result in removal from the 2025 Nursery/Landscape EXPO show.

Do kids under the age of 12 enter for free?

Yes

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes, attendees are able to access their existing registration and transfer a registration by changing the name on the pass. Beware there is a $5 badge reprint fee if you change it onsite after you print it

Can I upgrade my tickets to Plus before the show?

You can upgrade your registration online at any time. From the EXPO site home page select “I want to attend” + “Already Registered” + entering your email that you used to register and your confirmation code + edit your registration.

Is food included with admission?

No it is not. There will be a market place within the convention center where you can purchase food.

Can I get a payment receipt for registering?

Your payment receipt has been emailed to the email address you used to register for the event at the time of purchase.

Hotel & Travel

Are there official hotels with discounted rates for Expo attendees?

Yes please book by July 18, 2025 for early bird rates. To view hotels head over to our Accommodations tab or click HERE

Is parking available at the hotels, around the event venue or shuttle services?

How do I rent a scooter?

Where will EXPO be held in 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 & 2030?

Are there Exhibitor discounts on hotels?

Beware of scammers! We do NOT offer discounts in addition to exhibitors aside from what we have listed on our website under the Accommodations tab. The deadline to receive discounted rates is July 18, 2025. For any questions regarding accommodations, you can contact Trevor Peevey at email trevor@tnlaonline.org

Are there discounts on food, shuttles, ride shares, theme parks (SeaWorld/Zoo), retail stores, and or city tours for being an attendee?

YES! We’ve teamed up with the City of San Antonio to bring attendees exclusive perks. Present your official conference badge at the time of individual order or entry at the participating establishments in link below and receive the offer listed. Education & Sessions

Do I need to register separately for education sessions?

To ensure you have access to education select any pass except the Tradeshow Only Pass. View HERE

Are CEUs (Continuing Education Units) available for attending sessions?

CEUs available are: TNLA, ISA, LA CES, TDA and TCEQ. You MUST attend FULL DAY to receive full day of CEUs

Will session presentations or recordings be available after the event?

No, these are all in person only

Are single classes available?

There isn’t an option to pay for a single class. Once you buy a Tuesday Education or the Tradeshow Plus Pass, you have access to all sessions. 

Do teachers and students get to attend the tradeshow for free?

Yes, must provide proof of school ID

Is there a certification reception?

Yes, there is a certification reception at the Nursery Landscape Expo. However, it is by invitation only. Contact Sarah Riggins at sarah@tnlaonline.org or call her (512) 579-3854 for more information.

Event & Activities

What events are included with my registration?

Attendees are welcome to join our Special Events, which are FREE of charge. Some events are invitation-only, while others are open to all attendees. Learn more by visiting the Special Events tab under Attendees or click HERE for details.

Will the Women In Hort Get Together be live streamed again this year?

Yes, we will be doing a live stream on our facebook account, be sure to follow us at Nursery/Landscape EXPO on Facebook.

When does the ribbon cutting begin?

Wednesday Aug 6, 2025 from 8:30 am—9:30 during the Tradeshow Opening Ceremonies in the Convention Center Lobby

Will there be a Job Board again this year?

Yes! You will need to fill out a form first or stop by the TNLA Booth during show to post it on our job board. Find your next star employee or employer! Download the form HERE

How do I use your chatbot that appears on the lower right corner?

Please type out your entire question in a clear and concise manner to get the best results. Note: there is no live agent option and this bot is only equipped with information listed on the website. Mobile App

Will there be a mobile app for scheduling and event updates?

Yes please feel free to download within the Google Play Store or Apple Store by searching “Nursery Landscape EXPO 2025” or click HERE to get started

How do I view the Interactive Floor Plan in the mobile app?

View the Interactive Floor Plan by clicking on the Maps icon in the app dashboard. The Main Map will highlight booths belonging to the exhibitors that you have starred. You can also view an exhibitor’s profile from the map view by clicking on their booth.

How do I view the Exhibitor Online Profile in the mobile app?

You can visit the online profile for any company by clicking on their name in the Exhibitor list. You will see the company’s contact information, description, product categories and videos they have uploaded. To play the video on your device, just click on the video. From this screen you can add the exhibitor as a favorite by clicking on the star icon. You can also view the location of their booth on the floor plan by clicking on the “Map it” button. The exhibitor’s booth will be highlighted on the floor plan.

How do I save an Exhibitor to Favorites in the mobile app?

From the Exhibitor list or any exhibitor’s online profile, you can add the exhibitor as a favorite by clicking on the star icon.

How do I search Exhibitors by Keyword in the mobile app?

You can search for exhibitors by typing a keyword in the search box at the top of the Exhibitor list screen. The results will include all exhibitors that have this keyword in their company name, profile, brands or product categories. Each exhibitor listing has their booth number(s) displayed below their name. An exhibitor listing may have a video icon which indicates that they have uploaded multimedia content.

 

How do I search for Exhibitors by Company Name in the mobile app?

Exhibitors are shown in two lists: “All Exhibitors” and “By Product Category”. Click on a product category to view a list of the exhibitors in that group. The “All Exhibitors” tab lists all the current exhibitors in alphabetical order. The “By Product Category” tab lists the product categories and the number of exhibitors who have selected each of these.

How do I search for sessions in the mobile app?

You can view the schedule by swiping left and right and scrolling up and down for sessions sorted by day and time. Search for sessions by keyword using the search bar at the top of the screen. When you see a session title that interests you, tap on the star next to that listing to add to favorites. Tap anywhere else on the session to view session details.

Can I order an Attendee List?

Current Active Exhibitors are eligible to purchase official EXPO Attendee lists. Click HERE for the order form. NOTE: EXPO is the only entity that has the official EXPO attendee list.

What are the setup and teardown times for exhibitors?

Where is the Marshalling Yard located?

The Marshalling Yard is located at 201 Gembler, San Antonio, TX 78219. Click HERE for directions.

Where do I get Carpet, Tables, Chairs, electricity and Wi-Fi?

Where can I find the exhibitor move-in and move-out checklist?

Can I ship materials to the venue in advance?

Please visit the Exhibitor Tab and scroll to bottom of page to where it says Shipping/Handling. OR click Here

What is the Exhibit Move In Schedule?

Exhibitor move-in is scheduled on Monday 8/4 from 8am-5pm & Tuesday 8/5 from 8am-5pm. Please check the Exhibit Move-In Schedule online by clicking HERE for the full ehixbit move-in schedule.

Can I donate my booth after EXPO?

The deadline to donate your booth to one of EXPO’s recipient organizations is Wednesday, August 6 at 1:00 pm. See the Booth Donation Form by clicking HERE
